Ideal cumulation is mixed often with unified crimes. The criminal acts forming unified crimes and ideal cumulation of crimes are committed concurrently. This external similarity creates a certain complexity at understanding the social and legal nature of ideal cumulation. The author notes that in case of ideal cumulation, criminal consequences caused by one socially dangerous act to two or more different objects are not covered by one criminal norm. Unlike this, when committing unified composite crime, the complex of consequences caused by the person is covered by one norm.
