Реальная совокупность преступлений и предварительная преступная деятельность.

The academic paper deals with an issue whether or not preliminary criminal activities, i.e. preparation for crime and attempt to commit a crime can form a real crime cumulation. Defining the concept and features of the preparation for crime and attempt to commit a crime, the author concludes that the real cumulation may be formed, if one of the committed acts doesn’t represent in itself a stage of committing another socially dangerous act. He also suggests that since the real cumulation is formed only by dissimilar crimes, it should be reflected as well in cases of committing dissimilar completed and unfinished crimes by the perpetrator. Identity or homogeneity of the committed crimes shall create crime repetition.
