Classification of the crime multiplicity demands the complex researches. Multiplicity, first of all, is a penal concept characterized by the features, which pre-determine a need for complex researches of its different aspects. Therefore, the criminal legislation has to contain the norms regulating responsibility for separate forms of crime multiplicity. Classification of the multiplicity allows as much as possible to differentiate responsibility of persons, who are found guilty of committing several crimes. The author distinguishes the following forms of crime multiplicity: repetition of crimes, cumulation of crimes and recidivism of crimes.
