The considered paper speaks on the stages of committing a crime and types thereof. Author states that the appearance of an intent for the implementation of a behavioral act (occurrence), thinking about the commitment of an act (formation), and actions, the contents of which makes it clear to others that a person has intention to perform any act (detection of intent) cannot be recognized as criminal offenses, because they are not performed physically in a socially dangerous act. Preparation for a crime, attempt to commit a crime and complete crime shall be criminally punishable. In the criminal law, the stages of criminal activity are called stages of committing a crime, which shall be defined as the phased realization of a criminal activity.
